Where do you ship products?
We do worldwide shipping.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
After you placed an order, we manually sew your clothing. We do not keep it on a warehouse. We start production upon the fact of the order. Normally it takes us 3-5 days to sew.
After, we pass a parcel with your clothing to a courier service. Delivery in Europe is carrying out by GLS. On average, delivery takes 2-5 days.
Delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries is carrying out by Czech Post. Delivery time is from 7 to 14 days. This allows us to provide lower rates for overseas shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Chichi Maison offers free standard delivery on European Union orders above €250. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Delivery to those European countries where we make more sales – costs €5. This is Germany, France, The Netherlands and UK. Other EU-countries – €10.
USA, Canada, Australia and other countries – €15.

In Prague, Czech Republic. If you look at the map, it's in the heart of Europe.
Can I get refund or make an exchange?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
We can't refund your original or return postage costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items. Please make sure, that sale items cannot be returned.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Chichi Maison?
Your personal online security is very important to us. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the VERISIGN logo at checkout. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.
Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?
If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card. If you receive another error message, please contact our customer care team and we will do our best assist you.
When do I get my refund?
When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email notification. Normally it takes 3-5 business days before you can see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.
